Cauliflower and Green Onion Mash

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 pounds fresh cauliflower, cut into florets (about 8 1/2 cups)
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 500°.
